How we handle your information

Last updated 7 September 2026.

Luna Rossa Restaurant & Bar ("Luna Rossa", "we", "us") runs this website to share our menus, opening times and events, and to help you book a table or ask about a private event. This notice explains what happens to your information when you do.

Booking a table

Reservations are handled entirely by our booking partner, Dojo, whose booking page opens in a new tab when you select "Book a Table" or "Reservations" anywhere on this site. We don't collect or store the details you enter there ourselves — Dojo processes that booking directly, under its own privacy policy, and shares your booking with us so we can seat you.

Getting in touch or enquiring about an event

The email and phone links on our Contact, Events and Weddings pages open your own email or phone app. Anything you send us that way — for a table enquiry, a wedding, or a private event — comes to our team's inbox at dine@lunarossarestaurant.co.uk or events@lunarossarestaurant.co.uk, and we use it only to reply to you and plan the event you've asked about. We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your event or booking, and to meet standard business record-keeping requirements.

Visiting this website

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site is performing. It's designed not to use cookies or collect information that identifies you personally. This page also embeds a Google Maps view on our Contact page and loads Google Fonts for the site's typefaces — both are served directly from Google, so visiting a page that uses them means your browser makes a request to Google in the same way it would for any embedded map or web font. Google's own privacy policy governs what it does with that request.

We also display our Google rating and reviews using Google's public Places data — this shows information other diners have already made public on Google, and doesn't involve sharing anything about you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern about how it's handled. To do any of this, email dine@lunarossarestaurant.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
